The New year resolutions meme!

I want you to close your eyes and concentrate…And think of 5 things that you want to do… For yourself.

Not to sound nice, not out of lack of selfishness, but 5 *realistic* goals you want to set for this new year that will help you grow as a person and human being. It can be small things or big things, but they have to be things you really want and are important and the most important thing: things you think that with a little effort and maybe some encouragement you can achieve.

1. Lose some weight. I'm tired of going out to places and finding so many cute clothes and not be in my size. Plus, it sometimes depresses me being a plus sized woman.

2. Get a job. Hopefully this economy doesn't continue to suck. I want work dammit.

3. Being more vocal with my opinions to people. I have a tendency to keep my thoughts to myself when it comes to some situations with people. Especially around my family.

4. Be a little more social. I'm really shy around people and I don't have many friends I meet. It'd be nice to have more interactions with people once in a while.

1. Lately I've been thinking of original storylines and better character development for NiNi.

2. I'm a SAP for fairy tales. In fact the dress you see my avatar wearing is based on one of my favorites called, "Donkeyskin" (And yes, I love the Grimm Fairy Tales Classics show. ^^ )

3. My Christmas was very relaxing and I was happy my family loved the dinner I cooked (even my brother raved on about it!)

4. I am usually shy, but in schools people tell me I did great in acting and speeches.

5. My favorite color is green.

6. I was so happy that we had a white Christmas. (Well, it didn't snow but we still had a lot of snow so that counts! ^^)

7. I love cooking for others and I hope to do so for...-blushes- a guy one day.

8. I love haunted places.

9. Besides drawing for my form of art, I love sewing dolls and crocheting.

10. I only had 5 hours of sleep due to being up so late watching a movie and talking with friends, but I don't mind. ^^

Anyways, it's been a good day so far, although my aunt couldn't visit because my dad (who is her brother) hurt his back, so he's not in the best of moods. ^_^; At least we'll have her over on New Years! ^^

So what am I doing? Well, my puppy, June finished opening her gifts. What did I get? Eh. Just money. I was allowed to shop for myself again. Kind of sad really - it would've been nice if my parents went out and got me some stuff they picked out. I love clothes xD

Right now, I'm letting dinner cook and I'm watching my favorite Christmas movie The Nutcracker Prince. Oh God I LOVE this movie! I used to watch it a lot when I was a kid and I forgot how much I loved this movie until now.

I am actually working on a Christmas pic - it's a cute fluff one and one actually people kept telling me to do last Christmas. Yeah, yeah it is Leo/NiNi. Honestly it's been a good while since I last sketched the two together in something. Lately I've been liking to do just regular TMNT pics. Not that's a bad thing. ^^
